Childcare contract

The parent or guardian who is granting this child care authorization is the one or the ones named in the booking form.

Caregiver:

The full name of the caregivers to whom temporary power is being granted are Saskia Ahlmer and Johannes Ley.

Children in childcare:

The caregiver is being granted temporary power over the children named in the booking form.

Caregiver Powers:

With booking childcare it is confirmed that the caregiver shall have the following powers with regard to the above-named children:

to authorize medical treatment or medical procedures in the event of an emergency situation.
to provide food and shelter for the children, and to make decisions regarding their day-to-day activities.
to allow the children to use the playground and toys of the Monster Café.

In event of emergency

The caregiver commits to inform the parents/guardians in event of an emergency immediately.

On all dates when childcare is booked this authorization will become effective.

The parent/guardian named in the booking form guarantees that to her/his knowledge the children have

no infectious diseases
no food intolerances or special diet apart of the ones mentioned in the booking form
no handicaps apart of the ones mentioned in the booking form
no regular daily medication apart from the ones mentioned in the booking form

The payment takes place on site. We accept cash payment and bank transfer.
